About Ryan Parthemore
I am a product and technology leader with a unique career spanning law enforcement, digital forensics, AI innovation, SaaS development, and public safety technology. I began my career as a technologist, shifted into nearly two decades of police work and digital investigations, built an ISO 17025–accredited digital forensics lab, and eventually founded a SaaS company (PD Evidence) that was acquired by Cellebrite (NASDAQ: CLBT) in 2021.Today, I lead the product strategy, modernization, and global expansion of Cellebrite Guardian, the company’s cloud platform. Since launch, Guardian has grown aggressively, achieving 71% YoY growth, expanded to hundreds of customers, and now supports thousands of examiners and tens of thousands of criminal investigators across AWS regions in the U.S, Brazil, U.K, Australia, and Ireland.My leadership style is founder-driven, mission-focused, and execution-oriented. I’m passionate about applying AI to real-world investigative challenges—moving beyond simply showing what happened in a case to revealing what normally happens but didn’t, uncovering behavioral anomalies, and accelerating investigative insight.I’ve managed product teams, influenced engineering organizations, trained global sales teams, and served as a public-facing evangelist for digital forensics and cloud-based investigative workflows. I’ve spoken at national conferences including IACP Tech and Techno, and frequently publish thought leadership on digital evidence, AI, and investigative modernization.At heart, I’m still a cop who loves technology. My career continues to focus on building tools that help law enforcement agencies work more efficiently, solve cases faster, and deliver justice through modern digital workflows.
