As a Sales Representative at Wilkinsons, I provide exceptional customer service and sales support to a diverse clientele. I have consistently exceeded my sales targets and received positive feedback from customers and managers. I am skilled at communicating effectively, resolving issues, and building rapport with customers and colleagues.Prior to joining Wilkinsons, I was a Sales Specialist at Nature Light Energy Solutions, where I cold called potential customers for solar technology and closed contracts. I was responsible for finding and qualifying leads, presenting and demonstrating the benefits of solar solutions, and negotiating and finalizing agreements. I acquired valuable experience and knowledge in the renewable energy sector and developed my sales and persuasion skills.I graduated from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith with a major in Business Economics in December 2022. I was a full-time student-athlete, playing baseball for the university team and maintaining a high academic performance. I learned how to balance multiple responsibilities, work under pressure, and collaborate with others. I also gained leadership and teamwork skills as a captain of the baseball team and a member of the student council. I am passionate about pursuing a career in business development and applying my sales, customer service, and business skills to contribute to a dynamic and innovative organization.
