I\'m an award-winning thought leader and change champion with a proven record of utilizing data to accelerate organizational growth. I own a track record of consistently exceeding KPIs through a data-driven approach and leading teams to implement meaningful process improvements throughout large organizations. My passion for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting consumer insights to create growth opportunities, stems from a special interest in the science behind the data. I guess you could say I’m a numbers geek, but I’m also a people-person. My greatest professional accomplishment to-date has been supporting the employees I lead in their quest for professional growth, with 30% of my team members going on to earn promotions in 2018 alone. Additionally, by developing a strong succession plan, I facilitated smooth transitions when people ascended to their new roles to minimize any potential client impact. Organizations where people are enabled to thrive, results in value creation for the organization. In my previous roles I’ve created dashboards to turn raw data into useable analytics and want to utilize my experience to become more involved in the strategic decision-making process.
