   Privacy and information governance attorney with multi-disciplinary practice focused on the legal issues arising out of the creation, collection, storage, and management of digital information. I counsel clients in various sectors on strategic privacy and information security compliance, including internal investigations, data breach incident response, insurance coverage, and privacy litigation. I advise clients on how to develop, implement and maintain effective information governance policies and procedures. On a subject-matter specific basis, I advise clients on matters arising out of state and federal privacy laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the FTC Act and state consumer fraud statutes, among others. I also provided matter-specific and focused ediscovery counseling. I develop, implement and maintain ediscovery policies and procedures to ensure consistent, defensible and cost-effective discovery strategies, including documentation and metrics to quantify results. I develop and implement strategies for analyzing content of opposing productions, including predictive coding, analytics, and metadata analysis to challenge and validate productions. And I counsel and advise on the preparation of comprehensive and cost-effective discovery plans designed to meet case-specific objectives, including effective use of manual and technology-assisted review techniques, and coordination of protocols with opposing parties. Clients also retain me to assist in managing third-party vendor relationships in both the privacy compliance and ediscovery domains.
