   Workhorse Group Inc.(Nasdaq: WKHS) and Motiv Electric Trucks completed a merger and are moving forward as Workhorse, a leading North American manufacturer of medium-duty electric trucks and buses based in Detroit.Since joining Motiv\'s founding team, led over $300 million in capital formation, which enabled the company to pioneer the medium-duty electric vehicle segment it leads with 10 of the top 20 fleets in North America as customers. Additional responsibilities included investor relations, business development, a $25M annual insurance program, and real estate nationwide.
