ABOUT RYAN HOULEHAN

I’ve been in the trades since 2010, starting my career as an HVAC service technician in my mid‑twenties. Those early years in the field shaped the way I lead today. When you’ve been in attics, crawlspaces, and customers’ homes solving real problems, you learn quickly what matters: communication, trust, and doing the job the right way.I spent my first three years at Help Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric as a service technician, technical advisor, team leader, and sales technician in HVAC. Each role taught me something different about people and performance, and it set the foundation for the leader I would eventually become.When I joined Arlinghaus, I came in as a technician, but I’ve never been someone who stays in one lane for long. After two years in the field, I moved into the service manager role. Four years later, I took on the call center, dispatch, and coordinator teams. Once I built that department up and found the right person to take it forward, I transitioned into training and became the company’s first training manager. I spent three years helping managers develop their teams and teaching them how to run effective, meaningful meetings.Today, I serve as the General Manager and have the opportunity to lead the entire company. I’ve worked in nearly every part of the business, and that experience helps me make decisions that support both our people and our customers.What I’m most proud of isn’t the titles or the promotions. It’s the people who grew along the way. Eight leaders have come out of teams I’ve managed, and watching someone step into leadership, knowing you played a part in their growth, is the part of this career that gives me the most purpose. Helping others rise is the work that matters most to me.
