About Ryan Hesterman
Following graduation from High Point University with a degree in neuroscience and a minor in psychology, I launched my career at JPMorganChase in New York City as a Corporate Analyst. Throughout the 2-year corporate development program, I had the distinct opportunity to support 3 teams across the firm, including the Payments Transformation strategy team within the Corporate and Investment Bank, followed by supporting the Chase Digital Assistant team within the Consumer and Community Bank, and finishing on the Core Strategy team within the Consumer and Community Bank. Following completion of the program, I returned to the Chase Digital Assistant as a Product Manager supporting the Machine Learning and Optimization workstream. In my role, I have the privilege to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, tech, analytics, and legal, to deliver impactful, AI-driven, customer-facing features.
