I am a highly skilled Director with a passion for Revenue Management within the hospitality industry. I am committed to yielding results and driving performance for the hotels which I support. I am a collaborator as well as a strong team leader working together with my team to deliver support of the highest quality. In my current role as Director of Operations & Plus Services, I oversee a team of 40 highly skilled remote revenue managers, who provide expert recommendations and drive revenue management performance throughout EMEA for our Marriott properties. My team supports a portfolio of over 200 hotels, across 82 markets in 26 countries. We pride ourselves in providing best-in-class revenue management support, ensuring hotels are fully optimised from the offset. Plus Services is a new division of Revenue Management Support, which I launched in 2020. Through this new support function, we offer short-term support solutions for Marriott properties, which includes:• Bespoke training plans• Short-Term Revenue Management Support• A Pre-Opening Ramp Up Package• Promotional Loading • Taskforce Support• System Alignment Audits Since inception, Plus Services has provided support to 77 of our franchise properties in EMEA, with contracts ranging from 1 hour to 12 months support.
