His career has been marked by a consistent track record of driving growth, building culture and developing high-performing teams, with regional and national scope.Prior to Voya Financial, Ryan served as Vice President of Growth at OneDigital Carolinas, he was responsible for leading the sales team and driving growth-related initiatives across multiple business practices including insurance consulting, financial services and human resource consulting. Prior to OneDigital, Ryan spent nearly 16 years at Lincoln Financial Group in Charlotte, where he served as Assistant Vice President and Regional Manager, leading sales teams to success and earning multiple national and regional office of the year awards.What distinguishes Ryan is not just his results, but his genuine passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
