   Our team is the primary connection point between learning and our business partners. We do not create training, rather our role is to help build a Talent Ecosystem for our business. We connect Leadership Development, Talent Management and training to build a strategy that makes sense for the end user. Our team is made up of Directors, Sr Managers, Managers and Specialists and is one of the most talented groups I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. My role on this team is to collaborate, encourage, challenge and mentor this incredible group of individuals.
