ABOUT RYAN HANNA
As an Associate in the corporate group at Norton Rose, I\'m developing a practice with an emphasis on banking and financial services matters. Working alongside my colleagues at the firm, I\'ve assisted on a variety of transactions including asset based lending, acquisition finance, project finance, securitizations, M&A transactions, securitied offerings and more. I addition to my work at the firm, I\'m also an active volunteer. I currently volunteer my time with Zerin Development Corporation, a non-profit registered charity that develops and manages affordable housing in London, Ontario. Over the years, I\'ve also volunteered with a number of other organizations including Pro Bono Ontario, the John Howard Society, the DUKE Heights BIA, Pro-Bono Students Canada, and the Men\'s Mission of London.
