Over the past decade, I have helped scale a construction organization from roughly $250M to over $2B in revenue by building the technology, data, and digital foundations required for growth. This has included modernizing enterprise technology platforms, building a data and analytics foundation, improving cybersecurity maturity, and leading digital initiatives across preconstruction, operations, and back-office functions. My focus has never been technology for technology’s sake, but rather how technology, data, and process come together to help an organization scale, make better decisions, and operate more effectively.Ultimately, my focus is on building the systems, processes, and leadership capability required for the organization to scale effectively over time while continuing to add value to stakeholders across the business. This includes aligning technology and data strategy with business priorities, developing strong teams and leaders, and continuously improving how we operate so the organization can continue to grow and adapt over time.
