ABOUT RYAN FARR

I was born with a passion for sports, empathy for people, a desire to be a family-man and a commitment to compete in every area of life. My strengths are as a visionary and motivating leader, with work experiences that have involved creation from the ground up and revitalization of existing programming. I am a continuously-learning administrator, dynamic speaker, and innovative leader with a demonstrated history of working in Youth Sports, Athletics Administration and CoachingAs a Youth Sports Organization Administrator-Grew a stagnating urban multi-sport program in decline from 2,986 to 4,091 in a three year period (reversing a -26% trend in previous 5 yrs. to 37% growth)-Grew a young suburban single-sport program with a participation of 250 to a multi-sport program with over 1200 participants in 3 years-Grew a start up rural multi-sport program to 650 in just 3 years-In all of these opportunities converted from a single administrator model to a \"director-led\" model which allowed for greater opportunity for growthAs Head Lacrosse Coach (College and HS)-Posted a record of 96-39 in 10 seasons-Highly involved in youth programs (built feeder systems at each coaching stop)-Recruited a roster of 40 men and 20 women (including one of the largest NAIA classes ever - 26 men in 2019)-Coached 13 All-Region players, 3 All-State players and 2 Division Players of the Year.Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Event Planning, Coaching, Vision Casting, Writing (Fiction and Non-Fiction)and Volunteer Management.
