D. Ryan Grayson’s career journey began in retail, where he quickly advanced from a customer service associate to leadership roles in supervision, asset protection, management, and district management. His success in retail laid the foundation for a diverse and impactful career.Ryan transitioned to the healthcare industry as an Executive Director, later shifting his focus to Human Resources and Finance. As a Human Resources & Finance Director, he worked with a group of political consulting firms and their internal call-center brand, driving operational efficiency and growth.He has also served as a consultant for numerous healthcare organizations, providing expertise in Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Effectiveness, and Legal Compliance.Raised in extreme poverty, Ryan once believed that his dream of becoming a lawyer was out of reach due to a lack of resources. However, his determination led him to graduate from Dakota County Technical College and Southwest Minnesota State University, where he earned a 4.0 GPA. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.Ryan is proud of his service as a Police Explorer Captain, Special Police Officer, and Reserve Police Officer Sergeant over 12 years. He also served as a Public Defender under the Student Attorney Rule in Minnesota, representing thousands of clients during their arraignment phase and resolving numerous Misdemeanors and Gross Misdemeanors.Today, Ryan is a business, legal, finance, and political consultant, working with a diverse range of clients and constantly seeking new challenges. He is passionate about leadership over management, implementing strong business and financial systems, and empowering employees to succeed.
