   Selected to develop the first ever regional marketing model, concept and team to evolve the voice for 17 branded properties from a broader and data-driven approach. Hold full accountability for leveraging marketing, competitive and consumer insights to influence the direction of marketing plans and activities across the portfolio. Position each hotel to achieve specific objectives unique to each property and category leading to RevPAR growth by focusing efforts on frequency and destination strategies. Create and measure impacts of business marketing to include asset development, brand voice, marketing activation, messaging, advertising, imagery, experiential events, website promotions, property and regional pull through strategies. Meet budget targets by incorporating multiple advertising and public relations approaches to ensure full maximization of revenue potential, visibility and retention of value for both club members and leisure traveling guests. Ensure marketing models, positioning and core proof points are clearly articulated for each hotel, understood by key stakeholders and scalable to drive cash revenue growth. Work closely with consumer insights, data analytics, sales and other groups to develop and maintain marketing scorecards and reports to measure revenue, profit, awareness/perception shifts and digital results. Own the end-to-end hotel strategy innovation processes and outcomes by conducting immersion site visits to develop and secure buy-in for strategy changes. Define and communicate Demand Generation Playbooks and action plans to key stakeholders and report on take-aways, program results and share lessons learned.
