As Project Designer, I design and oversee custom, luxury landscape design projects from client initiation to construction phase handoff. I move through a schematic design phase including site planning and layout in 2D and 3D, producing select renderings and CAD documentation, ultimately handing off for final construction drawings, permitting, and, in most cases, construction itself. I also maintain important relationships with clients, trade partners, and local vendors and suppliers, as well as make finish selections, planting plans, and other design considerations as they arise.
