1. Assistant Superintendent of Recreation Services

   Lee\'s Summit Parks And Recreation

   Apr 2021 — Present

   Assist in the day-to-day operations of over two million dollars in revenues within two funds, consisting of nine individualized budgets, in the Recreation Division. Through direct and indirect oversight of the planning, implementing and maintenance of programs, services and facilities I assist in the funds achieving 100% cost recovery.Direct responsibility includes the department\'s recreational day camp during the summer months as well as management of the winter operations of Lea McKeighan North Park\'s outdoor ice rink, Summit Ice and the summer operations of the concession building. This includes supervision of over 100 part-time staff throughout the year. Indirect responsibilities include the Legacy Park Amphitheater, Hartman Park Sports Complex, Harris Park and Gamber Community Centers along with all adult and youth instructional programming and athletics.
