About Ryan Gepp

As a Technical Service Manager, Ryan is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and deployed successfully, managing the teams behind each project, and creating and maintaining client partnerships. Day-to-day, he works with utility customers in the managed services space to ensure that service level agreements are met and that defects are handled in timely manner. His responsibilities include: • managing resource teams; • serving as a technical lead for the client; • implementing simultaneous projects; • mentoring junior employees as a member of the mentoring program;• demonstrating products for various client groups; and• supporting recruiting efforts by conducting interviews of potential candidates. During his career in the technology and consulting industry, he has held various positions in delivery and management of client engagements. In each of his roles, he has focused on helping organizations achieve better customer relationships and refine their strategic objectives through the deployment of new processes and its supporting technology.Ryan graduated with Bachelor of Science in Economics from Oglethorpe University. His certifications include: CAPM.
