Working in the commercial disputes team my primary areas of work include contractual disputes, procurement challenges and public law and judicial review matters.I have particular specialism in contentious public procurement challenges acting for both contracting authorities and tenderers. I also have extensive experience in acting for corporate clients and individuals in relation to a variety of commercial and corporate disputes including commercial contract disputes, warranty claims, breach of contract and breach of confidence claims. I also advise both corporates and public bodies on public law challenges including by way of Judicial Review.I have experience of handling claims in variety of sectors, but focus specifically on assisting clients in the Transport and Health sectors.
