As the Treasurer of Jensen Lee, we have transformed the business into one of the premier subcontractors for Aluminum Railing, Balconies, Canopies, and more. In my time at Jensen Lee, we have seen the following changes- Restarted the accounting systems that were in place along with project tracking methods- Removed a failing Business Unit to focus on what the company was excellent at producing- Worked through Government related issues that resulted in good standing within the first year- Since 2019, we have seen a growth of 47% in sales- Created a Tracking System for each stage of production through to installation, improving invoicing accuracy and timing- Research and implement company-provided insurance, Payroll Provider, and Scheduling Software- Successfully navigated the COVID pandemic EIDL, ETC, and Government Mandates)- Created a pricing calculator that has increased estimate efficiency and speed by 80%.I understand how my role impacts our employees by working in the field with them on projects I scheduled. Furthermore, I manage payroll, HR, Medical, contracts, Invoicing, AR/AP, Purchasing, Job Tracking, Scheduling, and all financial goals. We have a great team, and without their dedication and need to grow, we would not be able to implement and make the changes necessary for this growth.
