As the Sr. Graphic Designer for the Carolina Panthers I provide a pivotal role, combining creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive the visual identity and marketing campaigns of the Carolina Panthers. My role balances dual responsibilities of designing compelling creative content and managing a dynamic creative team. I am a creative leader who is passionate about sports and eager to make a significant impact on the visual storytelling of the Carolina Panthers.I develop and create the team\'s visual identity for season-long style guides and lead the execution of innovative, visually compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our brand. I design high-quality content across digital, print, social media, and in-stadium platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity. I lead a talented team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals, providing mentorship, fostering a collaborative environment, and conducting regular performance reviews to enhance productivity and creativity. I effectively delegate tasks to match the right talent with the right projects and collaborate with marketing strategists and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive campaigns. Overseeing the entire creative process from concept to completion, I ensure deadlines and budget constraints are met while aligning creative strategies with broader organizational goals. Additionally, I contribute to the annual marketing plan and budget and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in our creative processes and output.
