About Ryan Gagliano
In 2019, I was introduced to Commercial Real Estate at CBRE in the Property Management Accounting division. For three years, I managed a national portfolio of Industrial, Office, and Retail properties across Arizona, Minnesota, California, and Hawaii, totaling over 3 million square feet.In 2022, I transitioned to an institutional capital markets debt and structured finance team, supporting a high-production group of six Vice Chairmen and Executive Vice Presidents in major U.S. markets, including Phoenix, Hawaii, San Francisco, Newport Beach, Las Vegas, Seattle, and Salt Lake City. As a senior finance analyst for two years, I managed the underwriting, negotiation, and closing processes with institutional capital lending sources, including banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, and Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae agencies for various property types and sizes.In April 2024, I took on a management role as the Sales Management leader for CBRE in Arizona. I oversee 100+ brokers between Phoenix and Tucson, focusing on client strategy, deal types, sizes, and market revenue. My role is focused around developing business strategies with revenue producers and managing cross-market requirements for national corporate clients and leadership teams. I also play a part in recruiting talent for the local market, meeting and interviewing professionals for ongoing opportunities.In addition to my current role, I lead the local Rising Professionals Organization at CBRE, which has over 150 active members. I plan and execute professional development events for rising professionals, and in 2024, our Arizona chapter was recognized as Chapter of the Year.I am also deeply committed to philanthropy, contributing to organizations such as the Susan G. Komen Foundation, John B. Huntsman Cancer Institute, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and numerous local Arizona children’s charities. Over the past 10 years, I have directly helped raise more than for these causes.
