Implemented sales training and product knowledge training for sales staff, along with call recording reviews, to improve performance.Led collaboration with marketing department to refine marketing strategies, e.g. demographic targeting, using metrics to verify improvements. Implemented automated emails and SMS messaging to increase lead conversion rates, which, along with ad targeting improvements, has resulted in an increase from 30-35% to 45-55% sustained lead conversion rates.
