My aim is to create an environment of consistent learning and transitions. As one level is achieved, we must transition through to the next.\"Process off implementing the Philosophy:Firstly, coach led, developing to athlete led, further developing to a partnership which is athlete-coach led. As the athlete grows they will become more self sufficient, respondent and more accurate in technical execution. The aim is to build robustness, and a tolerance to stress until the stress doesn\'t impede on quality of execution. Once this is achieved, we must remove the overloaded stress and allow the athlete to feel invincible with the newly found skill through practice. Practice in excellence to be able to perform excellence at will.As a coach I will guide this process responding to the needs of the athlete until relative excellence can be achieved\".
