ABOUT RYAN FRANKLIN
I recently completed my associate role at Greehan Taves & Pandak PLLC and I am very excited to serve the citizens of the City of Manassas Park as their first Assistant City Attorney. I graduated William & Mary Law School this May with an environmental law concentration last year. I graduated summa cum laude from Franklin & Marshall College in 2018 with a B.A. in Art History. My policy experience is the following: I worked as a summer fellow at the Virginia Coastal Policy in 2019, assisted Rear Admiral Phillips draft Virginia\'s First Coastal Resiliency Master Plan for two semesters, and served as a fellow at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation in Harrisburg. From a legal experience is the following: I interned with the Hampton City Attorney\'s Office for 7 months, externed with Judge Dale B. Durrer of the Culpepper County Circuit Court for a semester, externed with the Henrico County Attorney\'s office for a semester, and interned with the Dinwiddie County Attorney\'s office for 4 months. I am passionate about all aspects of local government law, especially inverse condemnation, and I am excited to apply my skills to better the lives of all fellow Manassas Park citizens.
