Was selected for leadership training program in 2023, worked one week at camp and 1 week doing volunteer work with food banks in Milwaukee and the Miracle League. In 2024 I worked for 5 weeks at camp typically working 12-14 hours a day as a peer group leader and mentor. In 2025 I was selected to come back as a full time counselor. I worked 9 weeks at camp taking on full counselor responsibilities and trained future counselors. Used leadership, teamwork, and creative skills to lead cabins of children ages 7-13 through summertime activities and provided them with a safe and fun environment to be themselves and try new things. Provided written performance evaluations and mentorship to leaders in training. Completed Red Cross Lifeguard + CPR course, lifeguarded 4-5 days a week.
