About Ryan Fleming
Graduating from California State University Long Beach with a double major in marketing and public relations, I have worked in the service, motorsports, alcohol and retail industries specializing in sales, marketing, brand management and as a director of operations. I aspire to work with people and companies that I can share a mutually beneficial experience with that also align with my ethos and beliefs. Currently, I am working as a Regional manager for Madre Mezcal and cover multiple states and distributors. Working from a startup to a national and now globally recognized brand, the transition has been both fulfilling and has taught me a lot about myself, my capabilities and the industry as a whole. I look forward to working with more of my colleagues and other brands in the industry, together we are all stronger and can support one another in the growth of the mezcal category. I am highly adaptable and driven by results, with a proven track record working with multiple spirit companies and multiple distributors across the greater south west region. Proficient in crafting strategies, building and nurturing relationships, as well as organizing and implementing sales strategies.
