ABOUT RYAN FLEISCHER

I am an experienced Art Director with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in the realm of video, animation, and digital media. With a background in marketing and design, I bring a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to every project.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a keen ability to translate complex subject matter into relatable and easily digestible content. From tech explainer videos to scientific branding to outdoor and lifestyle marketing, I find the story that truly connects to your audience. Whether crafting social media assets, responsive websites, or print marketing collateral, my work consistently drives brand engagement and achieves business objectives.In my current role at The Union of Concerned Scientists, I lead the development of a wide range of creative assets for our social, advocacy, and membership efforts. My responsibilities includes content creation, video ideation, managing and mentoring designers, and collaborating with internal teams to help build a safer and healthier world.When I\'m not at my desk, you might find me photographing athletes (and my dog) or training for my next Ironman.
