I collaborate with school administrators to improve the college application process for current students, addressing long-standing gaps in institutional support. I initiated and now help lead a series of workshops on topics like application timelines, essay writing, and financial aid—resources I proposed to make the process more transparent and accessible. I also organize and moderate alumni panels to connect students with recent graduates, and work one-on-one with students to brainstorm and revise college essays. My goal is to foster a culture where students feel informed, supported, and confident as they apply to college. Additionally, I collaborate with administration to explore how young alumni can stay connected to the community and serve as a resource for current students.
