I am responsible for maintaining the integrity of each match by managing on-ice situations, making quick decisions, and enforcing penalties when necessary. This role has allowed me to develop strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills, which have significantly enhanced my leadership abilities both on and off the ice. I have refereed over games throughout my career.
