My role includes- I manage the financial strategy ensuring fiscal responsibility and driving profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning- I lead the marketing efforts, crafting and executing strategies that build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive customer growth- I oversee the sales strategy, driving revenue growth by building strong customer relationships and optimizing sales processes- I lead and manage all partnerships and sponsorships. Building strategic alliances that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
