As Vice President of Construction, Ryan possesses over 22 years of heavy civil experience. He is the nexus between the construction teams, Vice President of Equipment and the management team for all projects across the Southeast. Ryan facilitates the resolution of internal issues with Plateau\'s production along with external issues such as site conditions and client requests. He works closely with the Vice President of Preconstruction to monitor upcoming workload and has experience pricing, managing and overseeing residential, commercial, industrial and landfill projects from Texas to Virginia. Additionally, Ryan maintains existing client relationships and is instrumental in developing new partnerships. He also works closely with the subcontractor network that supports our projects. A graduate of The State University of West Georgia, Ryan holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Development.
