With 23 years experience in child welfare and human services as well as government transformation, I now specialize in translating complex system challenges into practical, scalable solutions. My background spans frontline child welfare work, statewide policy leadership, CCWIS/SACWIS modernization, and consulting—giving me a full end-to-end understanding of how systems operate and making improvements. I’ve led major initiatives in licensing, investigations, intake, permanency, QA/CQI, training, data analytics, and technology modernization. I work closely with state agencies, product teams, developers, and business users to streamline workflows, strengthen compliance, improve data quality, and enhance workforce efficiency.My key outcome deliverables include statewide system improvements, process redesigns that reduce delays, modernized CCWIS components aligned with federal guidelines, and training programs that elevate staff performance.
