   Managing director in Deloitte Tax\'s International Tax Quantitative Consulting Services (IT.QCS) practice with extensive experience providing high value analytical consulting services to many industry sectors, including dozens of Fortune 500 corporations. Led the development of Deloitte’s Integrated International Tax Reform (“IITR”) model & Deloitte\'s Global OECD Pillar One & Two Model and delivered related modeling services to dozens of clients. Significant experience with Foreign Tax Credit (FTC) and Overall Foreign Loss (OFL) calculations, earnings and profits studies, custom modeling projects, Section 987 analyses, global income tax provision calculations, APB 23 calculations, debt capacity analyses, Internal Revenue Code Section 338(g), and domestic production activity deduction calculations. Serves as Deloitte’s deputy International Tax & Transfer Pricing Innovation champion. Ryan received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Bucknell University and his Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley University. He is a member of the AICPA.
