I am currently a Director for CBIZ\'s FAAS group as a part of Advisory. I have over 20 years of public accounting and consulting experience, serving primarily the technology industry including SAAS, on-premise software, health-tech and life sciences companies. I enjoy guiding our CBIZ FAAS professionals as we help private and public companies in their complex accounting, financial reporting and compliance needs. Specialties include audit readiness and facilitation, IPO readiness, complex debt and equity, new accounting pronouncement implementation, GAAP accounting, SEC reporting and other technical accounting areas such as purchase accounting and lease accounting.Previously spent almost 10 years in public accounting at Grant Thornton where I specialized in audit, primarily in the technology industry. I also completed a part-time rotation in the national office.CBIZ FAAS is a provider of non-attest accounting-related services in the fields of accounting, reporting and compliance. We provide a variety of services that include: SEC reporting, M&A due diligence, audit preparation, technical accounting research and financial planning and analysis. We can assist with the complex accounting, reporting and compliance hurdles faced by companies in today\'s ever changing environment. We provide audit support to help your finance department focus on running the business while we help your external auditors complete their financial statement audit as efficiently as possible.
