Viasat, US listed, is a global provider of mobile satellite communications with $4.3bn revenue per annum, who acquired Inmarsat in 2023. Integration activities resulted in my division growing, combining Enterprise and the Commercial Product Management (CPM) divisions, which had $120m revenue, 150 employees and product investment spend of $30m. Key responsibilities were those listed in CPM below and expanded to include customer specific commercial deals and revenue forecasting. Subsequently, I have transitioned to a role which combines customer insight with market intelligence to inform our product strategy, channel strategy and commercial offer. Key responsibilities include 1. Complex financial modelling and scenario analysis for key initiatives 2. Regular interaction with Executive members from across the business to align on the strategy3. Presenting findings and options to CFO and CEO
