He developed recruiting programs, best practices, established key metrics and procedures that lead to successful fulfillment of very hard to fill roles of all different levels.Ryan’s professional experience includes over fifteen years of experience running, managing, and performing recruiting duties as a recruiter and recruiting manager. He was responsible for managing teams of up to thirteen recruiters for companies of every size. In addition to his recruiting experience, Ryan spent thirteen years in the US Army as a Senior Enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer. Five of those years were spent in Army recruiting and the other eight years were spent in combat arms roles with numerous overseas deployments. Through his experiences, Ryan has gained vast leadership abilities, the aptitude for problem solving and thinking outside of the box, and a steadfast determination of the highest level.
