   I launched and managed my own landscaping business, BedRefresh, where I focused on mulch bed cleanup, edging, mulching, and overall yard maintenance to help homeowners improve their curb appeal. What started as a small project quickly grew into a professional operation, giving me the chance to take full responsibility for every aspect of the business. I developed strong customer service skills by communicating directly with clients, understanding their needs, and making sure the finished product exceeded their expectations. At the same time, I built project management experience by coordinating jobs, managing scheduling, and ensuring that each project was completed with efficiency and attention to detail. Running BedRefresh also gave me valuable insight into small business operations, from creating budgets and setting prices to organizing equipment and managing supplies. I led a team of workers, delegating tasks and motivating them to deliver high-quality service on time. Through this experience, I not only learned how to provide reliable landscaping services but also gained practical business knowledge, leadership ability, and a hands-on understanding of what it takes to run and grow a successful venture.
