ABOUT RYAN DELUCA

As a Key Account Manager at Eastridge, I partner with our existing clients to ensure their business needs are being met with the most outstanding staffing service we are capable of providing. I bridge gaps between Eastridge and our clients business lines that we have yet to service and focus on utilizing cross-market opportunities to grow Eastridge\'s overall footprint within our industry. I work with both industrial and professional sides of businesses in my portfolio. Previously, I started my career as a Recruiter at Insight Global and quickly promoted myself into sales. As an Account Manager, I managed a client base full of Casino/Hospitality and other IT Focused businesses. This experience was crucial in my development of many basic sales and intrapersonal skills in the workplace. In early 2024, I signed a contract to play Professional American Football in Italy. I was based right outside of Florence and helped lead the team to the IFL 2024 Championship. The experience of a lifetime, I encourage anyone wondering on if they should take that sudden life change and uproot their comfortability, to do so!
