My primary role as a Resouce Manager is to attract the best possible candidates to fill our client\'s vacancy. I use the best recruitment software to \'surf\' vast databases. When I find a candidate who might be a good fit for the role and company I am recruiting for, I chat with them to learn more about their experience, skills, interests, values or career aspirations and make sure it\'s a good match. Once I have identified suitable candidates, I send the CVs to our clients and arrange appointments for telephone and face-to-face interviews. I liaise between candidates and our client\'s HR teams to organise all the job interviews and offer post-interview feedback. I keep candidates informed at every stage of the recruitment process and support them until onboarding. So, what types of roles is Adria recruiting for? Adria Solutions specialises in Tech, Digital and Marketing recruitment. We work with smaller and larger companies, from tech start-ups to large multinational companies, mainly in the United Kingdom but occasionally in Europe and the US. We can find a role for you at any career stage, from Junior-Mid level to Senior Appointments. We also do Contract recruitment in the Tech and Digital areas. We always have exciting opportunities for top-level IT professionals: Front End, Back End and Full Stack Software Developers: C#.Net, Java, SQL, HTML, C++. you name it. Or Mobile and Web Developers, Software Engineers, IT Support, Software Testers and CyberSecurity experts. We recruit all sorts of IT roles, but also Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Owners, Data Analysts, DevOps, Solution Architects or and Database Administrators are always in demand.
