I’m a seasoned treasury professional with over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in financial strategy and risk mitigation.I’ve always been drawn to complexity and uncertainty. That\'s why I majored in math and started my career in actuarial consulting. Ultimately a desire for a global career in an industry of critical importance brought me to energy. After earning my MBA from the University of Michigan, I joined Chevron’s Finance MBA Development program.As the sole finance professional on Chevron’s Mergers & Acquisitions team, I led financial aspects of the $13 B Noble Energy and $3 B Renewable Energy Group acquisitions, as well as the $1.2 B Bunge joint venture formation. In treasury I’ve advised numerous deal teams for Upstream, Downstream and New Energies transactions. Currently I manage treasury activities for Chevron’s upstream business in Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea. I also work with our JV partner Phillips 66 to oversee financing of Chevron’s chemicals affiliate, Chevron Phillips Chemical.
