About Ryan Cusack
National Director of Sales at Evolution Devices. Currently responsible for all direct-to-consumer (DTC) and facility sales for our flagship mobility device, EVOWALK. The FDA-cleared EVOWALK is a smart, wearable device that stimulates the muscles of lower extremity to improve walking for people with paresis due to neurologic health conditions impacting the central nervous system. Prior to my career in functional electrical stimulation (FES) sales, I practiced outpatient physical therapy with a focus on the rehabilitation of individuals with neurologic dysfunction. My duties included being the lead therapist for the wheelchair seating and mobility clinic, bracing clinic, and FES clinic. Additionally, I am head coach of the MedStar DC United wheelchair rugby team. The purpose of this team is meaningful community reintegration for individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI) and other neurologic disabilities through competitive sport.
