Oversee insurance related disaster recovery projects, including water, fire, and smoke mitigation, as well as contents cleaning, restoration, and moving. Manage and invoice multiple projects concurrently, inspect job sites, and communicate with adjusters, agents, and internal and external customers. Collaborate with field and office personnel, document internal files, and update third party/external files as required by clients. Sketch diagrams and develop estimates using industry specific application called Xactimate.
