I\'m Partner at Ballantine Corp, a direct mail production agency that my Great Uncle started in 1966. We mainly work with large B2C brands and non-profits that rely on direct mail as a marketing channel. When it comes to the complexities of print, there is literally nothing we haven\'t handled over the last 58 years. My main responsiblity is as Managing Partner of Ballantine Digital, a digital marketing agency that supports B2B manufacturing and industrial companies. A typical client for us is on the small(ish) side with 10-40 employees and they rely on us to help them with their lead generation needs. This usually involves some combination of SEO, Google Ads, content, email and LinkedIn. I\'m responsible for business development and the overall strategy & direction of the company. Lastly, I\'m the Founder of Morning Upgrade (that I started in April of 2020). It\'s a blog, a podcast, a book and so much more. My mission is to create impact by raising the awareness of personal development and morning routines. My ultimate goal is to achieve a ripple effect where visitors to my website learn something new, take action and then inspire others to invest in their own personal growth.
