ABOUT RYAN COLL
Within my current role I run a team of electrical and mechanical estimators while undertaking estimating duties of my own. The role comprises many credentials, such as planning and management to provide structures that will facilitate a coordinated effort within the team to offer the highest quality estimates possible. In addition to developing and maintaining a standard estimating work process, as Operations Manager, I am responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of company standards for estimating systems. Furthermore, my role requires me to possess excellent leadership skills and can effectively lead employees in the estimating and client services group, as well as building the already excellent communication skills built from previous experience. Also, the ability to work independently while making sound business decisions on case information has been crucial to this position.Through this extensive experience I have accrued vast experience in solving client problems, dealing with risk management and emergencies.
