I work at the intersection of sales, delivery, and customer operations, helping SaaS and consulting organizations translate commercial momentum into successful customer outcomes. Much of my work focuses on the operational layer that sits between presales commitments and delivery execution, ensuring customer engagements are properly scoped, staffed, and supported once a deal is signed.Across consulting and SaaS environments, I’ve supported complex customer engagements by strengthening sales-to-delivery handoffs, improving pipeline visibility, and building the operational frameworks that help teams deliver on what was promised during the sales process. This includes managing contract intake, coordinating scope changes, supporting capacity planning, and producing the reporting leaders rely on to balance customer demand with delivery resources.Earlier in my career at Workday, I worked closely with presales and solution consulting teams in enterprise ERP sales cycles, helping translate complex product functionality into practical guidance for field teams and customer demonstrations. That experience shaped how I approach operational work today: with a strong appreciation for how sales, delivery, and product teams must align to support customers effectively.Most recently, I spent time building and operating a small service business, an experience that reinforced the operational discipline, customer communication, and ownership mindset that continue to inform how I work.I’m most effective in environments where growth, delivery, and customer success are tightly connected.
