Responsible for managing customers in 17 total States in the Southeastern U.S. along with some additional strategically important regions in the country including Colorado, Arizona, and Minnesota. During my time managing this territory I have performed over sales calls and attended a wide variety of customer fly-in supplier events. • Management responsibilities include establishing annual KPI goals for each sales representative, managing the sales team members, formal territory reviews monthly, reviewing open order backlog, and developing new talent for the company. Additionally, I work closely with the executive team to establish new long-term contracts with OEMs in the region. My team also supports all direct business with the U.S. Government & NASA. • Additional responsibilities include attending and exhibiting at industry focused trade shows such as the MRO, NBAA, Heli-Expo, AUSA, Space Symposium, SMD, and many more. I also recently directed the design and construction of the new company trade show display which will be rolling out in 2023. • Support the company’s lobbying efforts in Washington D.C. with a wide variety of long term partners. In this position, I work with the OEMs & representatives to explain the importance of funding these critical programs to our country. • During my time in this position, I have received multiple awards at the Global Sales & Contracts meeting for my work in building our market share in the space launch segment directly from the executive team.
