I oversaw the evaluation and communication with third-party vendors, validating offerings, and managed multiple websites while supervising a team of 4-6 high-level developers.Reduced company expenditure by $50M through reverse-engineering a third-party software development kit (SDK) to retrieve the endpoint list, proving it didn’t meet company needs, which resulted in the creation of an efficient in-house solution.Enhanced security by rewriting the donation system to prevent hackers from validating stolen cards, safeguarding the company’s data and reputation, and ensuring operational integrity.
