As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Checkatrade.com, my main responsibilities were to undertake effective analysis and interpretation of operational risk, challenging the business and providing direction on key areas of risk focus to ensure appropriate controls are in place and risks are managed within defined risk appetite.In partnership with managers, team leaders and directors at C-Suite level, to identify, assess, and manage quality of service, providing specialist oversight and challenges, feedback, and guidance to ensure management accountability I was also responsible for updating, maintaining and managing compliance to suit business needs and changesBefore joining Checkatrade.com, I worked as an Account Executive and a Recruitment Specialist at Matchtech, where I specialized in placing SC and DV cleared candidates within the Nuclear sector. I developed strong industry knowledge and technical recruitment skills, as well as social responsibility and ethical values. I have a Master\'s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Portsmouth, and a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Law and Management from St Mary\'s University, Twickenham. I am passionate about delivering quality service and solutions to my clients and users.
