At Interstate Warehousing, we are the 4th largest public refrigerated warehouse company in the US, operating eight facilities that provide temperature-controlled solutions for the food industry. In my role as an Operations Supervisor, I am responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety objectives are achieved for each shift that I supervise at our Murfreesboro, TN location. My supply chain education background combined with tools that I have learned at Interstate Warehousing have helped me develop a collaborative management style where I work with multiple departments to enhance our labor utilization and warehouse throughput. I work with team leads and our operators to ensure we foster an environment where continuous improvement and safety are emphasized.
